The Oaks Estate is an ideal venue for weddings, functions and events. The recently renovated, grand old Cape Dutch farmyard at The Oaks Estate creates a magnificent setting for weddings, conferences and other events like the Greyton MTB classic, which has made The Oaks its home for the past two years.
The Old Wine Cellar Function Venue can accommodate up to 100 guests. The venue has a fully serviced kitchen with large cooler room and a wine cellar below, visible through a glass floor section. For larger weddings (over 100 guests), a large level area in the yard has been prepared to set up a marquee, which is easily accessible from the kitchen, ablution, electricity points and other facilities. The use of the farm and mountain reserve is also available to the wedding guests for photo shoots, drinks, etc.
The Manor House provides luxury accommodation for up to 10 guests. It is recommended that the Manor House is exclusively reserved for the use of the bride, groom and close family or guests. Greyton has some fantastic guesthouse and self catering accommodation. While located close enough for guests to drive from Cape Town or the surrounding area for the day, the farm and village offers the perfect setting for an exclusive weekend country wedding.
